Starter:
Pie stuffed with cod and mushrooms, kale chips, white wine sauce
Appetizer:
Marinated herring with potato salad with spring onion, creme fraiche and dill oil
Soup (choice of):
Red borscht with dumplings stuffed with mushrooms
Chanterelle broth with marinated cabbage and potato dumplings
Main course I:
Trout fillet marinated in herbs with grated sauerkraut and mushrooms, sugar peas and roasted carrots
Additionally:
Mix of dumplings (dumplings stuffed with cottage cheese and potato, dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms)
Cabbage with peas
Dessert:
Apple tart with cinnamon meringue, English sauce, vanilla ice cream
